INTEGRITY COMPLAINT
This form is intended to facilitate the submission of complaints regarding integrity issues involving the Qhazanah Sabah Berhad and its group of companies. Your complaints will be handled confidentially and with the utmost discretion. Please provide detailed information to assist us in the verification.
Note : Your identity and information will be protected and kept confidential under the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 (Act 711) as well as the company's Whistleblowing Policy & Procedure. All information will only be used for the purpose of investigating and resolving the complaint.
In the event that the alleged wrongdoer is from IGU, the disclosure shall be made directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer (“GCEO”) and/or the Chairman of QSB Board for appropriate action to be taken.

Upon successful submission of your complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement email with a reference number for tracking purposes. Please keep this reference number for any future correspondence regarding your complaint.
To ensure a proper follow-up on your complaint, we strongly encourage you to provide valid contact details. Complaint submitted without contact information may limit our ability to seek further clarification or provide updates on the investigation.
